·         Knowledge of quality assurance testing methodologies.

·         Strong working knowledge of testing concepts, verification and validation techniques, defect management, quantitative methods, risk management and measurement programs.

·         Working knowledge of Internet based marketing and web based development.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with internal and external clients, vendors, consultants, designers, and developers.

·         Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and Microsoft SharePoint a must.

·         The candidate must welcome challenges and strive for continuous improvement and efficiency gains.

 

Education and/or Experience            

·         Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field such as Marketing or Information Technology and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated successful experience in testing including test case creation, execution and validation of results. 

·         A minimum of 2 years testing websites and web applications.

·         Website development life cycle experience.

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

 

• QA certification is a plus.

 

Other Skills and Abilities             

 

Skills which are desirable, but not required include

·         Understanding of HTML and/or CSS is a plus.

·         Language fluency in addition to English.
