Required skills:

Ensure that core Windows services are maintained through proper installation, configuration and optimization of supported Windows hardware and server software.  Require experience administering Windows 2003, 2008 and SQL environments
• Serves as a both a lead and participant in project teams for developing or upgrading systems maintained by staff that provide key services to customers.
• Provides input into ongoing and new projects – gathers, organizes and performs analysis of information about benefits, advantages/disadvantages, and technical feasibility of implementing changes.
• Manages their assigned work including coordination and scheduling with staff and Customer resources to complete customer driven work requests and projects.  
• Coordinates efforts and resources required for the diagnosis and correction of problems in complex, multi-tiered distributed systems and makes recommendations for standardization of application and middleware server configurations to improve efficiency, security and availability of the systems.  
• Provides oversight and input for solution options and facilitates the analysis and planning of implementing changes to the environment.
