Core Java

Enterprise Application Integration expertise is required using Service Oriented Architecture such as Web Services, etc.

Hands-on experience in designing, building, deploying and supporting Java related projects

Java/J2EE technologies – Core Java, Web Services design & development, JMS, Message Driven Beans.

Tools & Frameworks -  Spring, Maven, SVN, JMeter, Websphere, Eclipse, PMD, UML, SOAP UI.

Database – DB2 – Complex SQL Query, Data structure, Store Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Performance Tuning, Data – Extraction/cleaning/loading, report creation etc

 

Nice to Have

·         Strong experience on Data Migration work ie Migrating DB from one environment to other

·         Strong understanding of WebSphere Services Registry and Repository (WSRR), ITCAM for Application Diagnostics and web based security models a plus

·         Some understanding of ESB and BPM tools

·         Proven ability to facilitate task breakdown and scope discussions

 

Experience required:  6+ years

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Java WebServices Development/Tech Lead. Work with business in requirement gathering and understand the technical requirements. Prepare design documents. Work with offshore team to explain the requirements and distribute the work.  Do the coding and trouble shoot the issues on a need basis with strong DB background.

 ·        Ability to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines

·        Very strong oral and written communication skills; good listener
