Location: Baltimore, MD (NEED LOCALS or NEAR BY)

Job Description: Successful candidate, under the supervision of project manager or a team lead, will participate in many several phases of the project. The primary responsibility of this role is to solicit, define, and manage requirements for the Enterprise Identity Management system(EIDM). This individual should have experience with requirements management and software development methodology and have worked extensively with business users, developers, and Quality Assurance.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis (or equivalent), supporting complex information technology systems.
• Basic understanding of software design and development
• Ability to research and record the findings
• Interviewing and listening skills to elicit detailed requirements
• Analytical skills for transforming defined business needs into software requirements effectively
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate among staff located on site or remote sites
• Ability to provide leadership and coaching to less experienced business analysts
• Demonstrated ability to come up to speed quickly on new projects and balance multiple tasks.
• Experiencewith Identity and Access Management and/or web based application will be preferred.

 

Desired Skills:

·         Experience in technical writing is an added quality

·         Technical/Development background will be a plus

·         Knowledge of HealthCare systems and 508 Compliance Standards is a plus.
