Job Location: Alpharetta, GA

Duration: 9 months contract

Rate: $40/hour on C2C

 

Job Description:

• This will be the new implementation of ITSM
• Experience implementing a Service Management Tool Suite
• Strong technical skills
• Experience providing program or cross-project coordination
• Assume overall accountability for a group of projects upgrading the ITSM Tool Suite
• Responsible for the creation, development and active management of the overall upgrade & decommissioning schedule
• Responsible for actively managing dependencies, issues, changes and risks across the related group of projects
• Responsible for providing the overall status of the tool suite upgrade
• Nice to have PMP and ITIL Foundations certifications
