 Job Description / Requirements:

4+ years as a Technical / Business Analyst

• Enterprise level experience (large environment) and shared services experience.

• Technical expertise in Storage infrastructure, Network infrastructure, Server infrastructure

• OLA/SLA (Organizational Level Agreement/Service Level Agreement)

• Enterprise-level compliance PLUSES

• ITIL Foundation v2 or better

• Project Management background Proficiency in internet technologies.

• Knowledge or working experience in AIX, DB2, WebSphere.

*  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
