Job Title: HIE Analyst/Programmer
Job Location: Rochester, MN
Job Duration: 06 Months(contract)
Pay Range: Open

Job Description:
Client is seeking a Health Information Exchange (HIE) Analyst
Programmer for a 6-month contract to assist in connecting EMRs to an
enterprise HIE.
Analyst will have primary responsibility of gathering requirements and
developing/testing interfaces.
Must have the ability to communicate with both technical and non-
technical individuals and be able to translate needs, ideas and
suggestions into logical solutions that interconnect systems.
Will work onsite at Rochester, MN.

Required/Desired Skills:-
* Hands experience in implementation of interfaces to EMR systems 5
Years
* Implementation of HL7 Interfaces 5Years
* Web service development, SOAP, javascript and XML 5 Years
* Mirth, NwHIN, XDS.b, XDS.l SQL Highly desired 1 Years
* C# and/or Java programming 5 Years
