Role:-Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Location:- Northern, NJ

 

Face to Face required

 

Summary:

We are looking for a technical person that has experience with global systems/platforms, development and configurations, that can work in a team environment. We can teach them the QA business process, but we really need someone technical that can do some analysis, troubleshooting.

 

 

 

§  Systems analysis, design, configuration, and programming to meet requirements.

§  Collaborative analysis and documentation/understanding of business system requirements.

§  Manage and analyze changes to applications according to business needs.

§  Analyze and develop system integration and site acceptance tests.

§  Interface directly with various IT functional areas as it pertains to the support of applications.

§  Creating and executing SDLC documents.

§  Make recommendations for process improvements.

§  Anticipate issues and recommend solutions.

§  Train other personnel as needed.

 

Skills/Knowledge Required:

• Experience with global systems/deployments.
• Experience with complex application configurations.
• Ability to effectively interface with clients and the technical team.

§  System Administration experience.

§  Programming/Development experience.

§  Support of multiple client areas.

§  Ability to work and contribute in a team environment.

§  Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.

§  Good written and oral communication skills.

§  EtQ Reliance application experience (preferred).

§  Python scripting experience (preferred).

§  Knowledge of GxP regulations including 21 CFR Part 11. (preferred)

Knowledge of QA business process (Complaints Handling, CAPA, Deviations/Investigations, Change Control, Audit, Vendor Management, etc.).
