• Design, Develop and Test SharePoint solutions. Includes creating Site, site collections, Information architect the solution.

• Design, Develop and Test ASP.NET solutions.

• Design, Develop and Test Web services using WCF.

• Design, Develop and Test Features.

• Knowledge of Site Definition and Site template.

• Design, Develop and Test Search functionality in SharePoint.

• Knowledge of  SharePoint Object Model, SharePoint Web services

• Create Document Libraries, List in Sharepoint. 

• Query data by using CAML

• Work with the meta data: Access data from user profiles, taxonomy

• Understand and use the Out of the Box features of SharePoint including integration with Reporting services.

• Design, Develop and Test Authentication and Authorization Model in SharePoint 

• Design, Develop and Test Site Columns, Content Types

• Design, Develop and Test Web Content Management

• Design, Develop and Test Web parts – ASP.NET / SharePoint

• Design, Develop and Test ASP.NET applications

• Design, Develop and Test solution on Silver Light

• Design, Develop and Test Multi-lingual on SharePoint

• Knowledge of .NET Framework

• Knowledge of development and debugging using VSTS

• SharePoint knowledge on collaboration (team Sites), Document Libraries, Lists

• Customize Master Page

• Understand and implement Authentication / Authorization with SharePoint

• Understand how to create and debug Asp.NET Web parts.

• Understand how to integrate with OCS

• Understand Workflow concepts. SharePoint Workflow customization

• Knowledge of SharePoint Designer tool

• Create Use Cases, Class and Sequence diagrams

Good-to-Have

• Document Management/Web Content Management to Sharepoint Migration experience

• Lotus Notes to Sharepoint Migration experience

• Any other migration experience
