Java QA Engineer 

Employment Type: Contract
Location: San Jose, CA ( Locals only)
Duration: 6+ Months
Openings: 2

In-Person Required

Required Skills:

QA/testing or software development background with strong (5-7 years) experience in databases and SQL scripting.

hould be able to independently write complex SQL scripts to gather large amounts of data from varied production databases and write automation scripts (Java/Perl) to analyze data and generate metrics reports.

Candidate should also have at least intermediate level expertise in MS Excel reports. Ex. should be comfortable creating Pivot tables/charts in Excel to analyze and summarize complex data sets, familiar with Excel macros for basic automation.

Should be familiar with Unix/Linux environments.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, good communication and presentation skills.
