Job Description:
Job Purpose: This position is for a Lead PM with Lotus Notes to SharePoint experience.
Main Duties:
-Oversight of a contracted conversion team.
Meets strategic goals by:
-Understanding strategic direction, goals and previously determined milestones.
-Helps set additional milestones.
-Validates and tracks all project activity
-Actively oversees all activity, forecasting additional requirements and escalation points.
-Meets regularly with department manager to review progress and risks.
Meets operational goals by:
-Resolving problems which arise.
-Assure all documentation and audit requirements are met, including following appropriate SDLC and IPLC procedures.
-Track budget, plan and resources
Meets financial objectives by:
-Forecasting and tracking the budget and resources on a regular basis
-Analyzing variances and reviewing with department manager
-Preparing and reviewing options with manager when financial goals are challenged.
Enhances department and organization reputation by:
-Accepting ownership for new and different requests
-Understanding challenges, lessons learned along the way and opportunities for improvement and making suggestions to manager without delay.
