Job Description:
Mandatory Skills:
- 3+ years' experience in JSP, (X)HTML, AJAX, the DOM, HTTP, JavaScript, CSS
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (we use jQuery) and HTML5
- Strong Agile development experience.
- Flex experience preferred
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus (we don't do design, but we interface with designers and use Creative Suite as a common tool set)
- 3+ years' experience working with Apache Tomcat and developing server-side Java applications
- 3+ years' experience with Linux
- Passionate about writing FAST, SIMPLE, and ROBUST code.
- Experience with source control such as SVN, CVS, or Perforce
- BS in computer science or relevant experience
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing technical solutions for new products and features
- Working closely with team members from across all functions
- Implementing features in a manner which is robust, efficient, and readable
- Being responsible for ongoing maintenance, bug fixing, and quality improvement of your code
- Effectively collaborate with other engineers, architects, managers and product managers to solve complex problems spanning multiple projects.
