Candidate will have experience in business and technology leadership, as well as management skills, and have had large scale supply chain / logistics experience within the automotive and consumer electronics space.
Must be able to work in an EXTREMELY fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
Must have a background of hands-on skills and a management style that will earn the respect of IT professions as well as leaders of other parts of the business.
BA/BS Degree.
Minimum of 15 years experience in IT management positions in the area of Software Engineering/Application Development focusing on systems development and architecture.
Minimum of 10 years experience with business analysis functions such as business and functional requirements development.
Must be able to solve complex technical problems and communicate the solution to non-technical management and peers.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to create high quality development teams.
Experience with process mapping and product lifecycles definition.
Ability to coordinate with external business partners.
Experience with all aspects of SDLC management.
Proven track record in developing high quality applicationss.
Project management experience.
Experience with high volume, high-availability applications.
Experience with IT operations and data integrity.
