Brief Summary:

§  Over 8 years of Software Testing and Development experience with strong knowledge in Six Sigma, ISO 9000:2000 standards, PDCA Cycle, Pareto Analysis, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Brainstorming, Benchmarking, and Quality Management Process.

§  Strong knowledge of Quality Experts (Crosby, Ishikawa, Juran & Deming), Quality Principles in day-to-day environments.

§  Expertise in Automate Business Process with Mercury tools by using C & VB Script development experience.

§  Hands-on experience using QTP, ALM/Quality Center, Load Runner, Win Runner & Remedy.

§  Experience in Analyzing Business Specifications to develop Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Scripts to validate all user-interfacing components of application.

§  Expertise in Manual and Automation testing Client / Server, Mainframe, CRM & Web applications.

§  Strong understanding of QA Principles, QA Process, Use Cases, and Software Development Life Cycle.

§  Extensively involved in Black Box, White-Box, and Full Life Cycle Testing.

§  Experience in tracking test coverage and providing Metrics to the management.

§  Perform Smoke, Functionality, Integration, Performance, Load, Regression, and System Tests.

§  Experience in document Defects with high level of detail, accuracy, and informative recreation steps.

§  Expertise in back-end testing for complicated Datawarehouse systems for Source – Target comparisons.

§  Experience in Software Verification, Validation, The 1-10-100 rule, and Testing Methodology.

§  Experience in using Winsql, TOAD for querying Oracle and IBM DB2 databases and Clear Case & PVCS for Version Control.

§  Worked in various technologies including Siebel, Oracle BI, JAVA, .NET, Mainframe Systems and have hands-on experience with SQL/ORACLE for backend testing

§  Knowledge in CMM, Configuration Management, & Automated Testing Life-Cycle Methodology.

§  Expertise in leading on-site and off-shore projects.
